Single-ply Love Story is spun from fleeces that Hélène hand-selects and grades one by one after the first shearing of the Icelandic lambs. The carefully-crafted result is an Icelandic lambswool yarn of unparalleled softness and fineness.
Love Story is especially suited for delicate, ethereal lace shawls and is reminiscent of the old handspun yarns that define traditional Icelandic lace. Alternatively, hold Love Story along with unspun Plutolopi for a classical Icelandic lopi sweater.

Manchelopis is a love song to Spain's most ubiquitous dairy-producing sheep - the Manchega Sheep. If you've been lucky enough to savor a slice of Manchego cheese, you've meet the Manchega Sheep. With Manchelopis, WoolDreamers honors the value of the fiber of Manchega sheep, a breed native to the Castilla-La Mancha region where WoolDreamers makes its home.
Manchelopis is blended from the wool of two unique flocks being raised using traditional ranching practices and with compassion for the sheep and the lands they graze on. With one flock produces dark brown wool and the other white. Manchelopis began with a range of colors in a light to dark gradient by simply blending the two wools together.
The white wool comes from Las Banderas Livestock, situated in la Serrania de Cuenca. The flock of Manchega sheep is looked after by Raul who practices transhumance, taking the sheep from pasture to pasture with the seasons.
The dark brown wool comes from a flock of rare black Manchega Sheep raised by Jose de Jesus Gimenez Diezma Ranch. The sheep graze freely on the lands of Los Montes de Toledo and only seek shelter when they require Jose’s care.
Manchelopis is now offered in a palette of dyed colors as well as the original undyed, blended neutral.
Manchelopis comes in a 100g “wheel.” The unspun 2-ply structure of this yarn allows for it to be worked at a variety of gauges depending on the desired fabric.

With the aim to support small wool producers, Mota was developed as a collaboration with several ranching families, each contributing the finest wool their flocks had to offer in order to produce this very special yarn.
Mota is a collection made entirely in the heart of Castile-La Mancha, and is named to honor the town of Mota del Cuervo, where WoolDreamers has it's roots. Thanks to the proximity of the farms to the mill, Mota is produced with one of the smallest carbon footprints on the market.
Spun from carefully selected fleeces from each ranch, Mota shows that even the smallest ranches can produce valuable wools. The resulting yarn is a soft and lofty 3-ply DK that will give each project a special connection to the origins of their materials. Offered in a wide variety of colors and shades, Mota lets your imagination run free!

FAQs
What's a Knitalong (or Crochetalong, or Makealong)?
A knitalong (KAL), Crochetalong (CAL) or Makealong (MAL) is a social event designed to bring the maker community together around a specific pattern or yarn – or sometimes both. Enjoy connecting with others while knitting or crocheting the same garment or working with a particular yarn together. This is a fantastic time to gather together with others in our fiber arts community, enjoy camaraderie, and get a little guidance and project support along the way.
What ISN'T a Knitalong/Crochetalong/Makealong?
A KAL/CAL/MAL is not a class. You should be reasonably familiar with the techniques required to work through the project at hand. However, help is never far away! If you ever find yourself in need of extended project support, drop in to one of our Help Sessions, offered weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays from 1-3pm.
