Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases. After all, yarn is meant to bring joy. We will gladly accept returns of most regularly priced merchandise in good, saleable condition (unwound, labels in place and undamaged, from smoke-free homes) within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund.
Please note: returns are not accepted on sale items, needles, patterns, books, magazines, wound yarn, special orders, pre-orders, out-of-stock or discontinued inventory, trunk show / pop-up shop items, or gift cards.)
If there is a manufacturer defect or we have made a mistake in your order, please accept our apologies and be sure to contact us so we can make it right.
In order to help us process your return in a timely manner, please include a note with the reason for your return, or call or email us. We can either exchange the item, issue a refund to your credit card, or apply store credit to your account. Return shipping fees are the purchaser's responsibility.

We can either exchange the item, issue a refund to your credit card, or apply store credit to your account. Refunds to your credit cards will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Returns for store credit will be processed within 3 business days of receipt.
Exchanges will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your items.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made on our part or there is a manufacturer defect.
