Five shades of Lang Lace weight mohair silk make this cloudy triangular shawl – Rain & Shine Shawl by master of design, Stephen West. The fading marl technique blends the colors together as you work garter stitch with slip stitches. A simple pattern to follow with lots of fun color changes! Two strands of yarn are always held together for a deliciously frothy fabric. You can customize the size by knitting more pattern repeats for a big shlanket or simply bind off early for a smaller shawl. I-cord edges frame this classic shawl shape.

Kits include 10 skeins of Lang Lace yarn – 2 skeins each of 5 curated colors and the pattern, all wrapped up in a cute organza bag to hold your project.

Gauge
18 sts & 32 rows = 4″ / 10cm in pattern after blocking.

Gauge is not crucial for this project as long as you achieve a fabric that feels good to you. If you want to swatch, you can knit 6 rows garter stitch + 2 rows stockinette stitch.
