Norah Gaughan has done it again! We’re over the moon about her latest sweater, Hartigan, designed using traveling stitches, for Brooklyn Tweed’s most recent collection, Domino & Square. Hartigan’s gorgeous, geometric texture positively pops in Brooklyn Tweed’s fingering-weight, 100% American Merino wool, Peerie.
We’ve put kits together in every size and color of Peerie we could think of! That’s means a lot of choose from for this size inclusive design.
Hartigan is worked flat in pieces from the bottom up, then sewn together at the shoulders. The sleeves are picked up and worked flat to the cuff. The collar is picked up and worked circularly. Sleeves and sides are then seamed.
Please note: the stitch patterns used for this garment include written as well as charted instructions.
