$6 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100 within the United States.
International and/or Expedited shipping is available. Please contact us for a quote.

Tracking will be provided for all shipments so you can watch their progress as your goodies make their way to you!

Free Local Delivery during the Coronavirus Outbreak: Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us. If you live in Bend, Redmond or Sisters, Oregon and you feel it is unsafe for you to pick up your online order and/or you do not wish to have it shipped to you, please call us. We are happy to run your order out to your car or arrange delivery to your Bend, Redmond or Sisters home.

Other available shipping options:

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 day delivery); prices based on package weight.
  • USPS Priority Express (1-day delivery if order received before 1pm PST, otherwise 2-day delivery); flat rate of $40.00.
  • USPS First Class International to most countries; prices based on package weight.
  • UPS or FedEx shipping is available on request; price is based on package weight.
  • Signature confirmation is available for $2.75; recommended for deliveries to apartment buildings or other places where the package may disappear after delivery. Only you know your neighborhood best. We are not responsible for missing packages after delivery has been made.

Normal order processing time is within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchases. After all, yarn is meant to bring joy. We will gladly accept returns of most regularly priced merchandise in good, saleable condition (unwound, labels in place and undamaged, from smoke-free homes) within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund, less return shipping fees. Please note: returns are not accepted on sale items, needles, patterns, books, magazines, wound yarn, special orders, out-of-stock inventory, or gift cards.)

If there is a manufacturer defect or we have made a mistake in your order, please accept our apologies. Please contact us so we can make it right.

In order to help us process your return in a timely manner, please include a note with the reason for your return, or call or email us. We can either exchange the item, issue a refund to your credit card, or apply store credit to your account.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We can either exchange the item, issue a refund to your credit card, or apply store credit to your account. Refunds to your credit cards will be processed within 10 business days of receipt. Returns for store credit will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. Exchanges will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your items. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made on our part or there is a manufacturer defect.

COLOR REPRESENTATION

All monitors represent color slightly differently. While we do our very best to represent color accurately, we are unable to guarantee an exact match to what you see on your computer or phone.

COLOR & DYE LOTS

Hand-dyed yarn can often vary a bit in color from skein to skein. We encourage you to alternate from two different skeins every couple of rows while working any project with hand-dyed yarn. Commercially produced yarn can vary in color from dye lot to dye lot. We will work to ensure all yarn from a single base and colorway in your order is from the same dye lot. If skeins are from different dye lots, we will contact you by phone or email before shipping your order. Please purchase enough yarn to complete your project.
