ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION: Advanced registration for classes is highly encouraged can be completed online, in the store or by calling us at 541-323-8686. Payment in full is required in order to reserve your place in a class. All classes must meet a minimum enrollment (usually 2 students) to run and are typically capped at 4 students per class. In the event a class does not meet minimum enrollment, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and given a full refund, store credit, or the opportunity to reschedule.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please provide at least 48 hours advance notice before the start of your first class for store credit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable.
MISSED CLASSES: We cannot offer make-up sessions or credit for missed classes. Out of respect to your instructor and classmates, we kindly ask that you be on time.
CLASS MATERIALS: Materials and tools for classes are not included in the registration fee unless otherwise noted. We kindly ask that you purchase yarn at our shop for use in our classes. We are always happy to help you select appropriate materials and/or tools for your class or project.
A friendly note about parking: The response to our classes and events has been overwhelmingly positive and we are so grateful for your support! With that, have come some issues surrounding the availability of parking for our neighbors’ customers. In consideration of their businesses, we ask that, if you are able, please park on the surrounding streets if you plan to be in the shop for an extended period of time. We appreciate your consideration.
