Level: Advanced Beginner
You’ve learned the basic crochet stitches. Now’s it’s time to try a real pattern! Use your new crochet powers to work the “Flower Power Dishcloth” pattern, an excellent pattern for expanding your skills. The pattern is worked in the round and includes back loop stitches, one color change, pattern repeats, and other valuable crochet techniques.
Materials:
- Two colors of worsted or bulky weight cotton yarn
- appropriate hook for your yarn selection(we recommend bringing a range of hook sizes)
- Basic tools: locking stitch markers, scissors
Prerequisite skills: Be comfortable making chain, single, double, and half-double crochet stitches.
